When users submit businesses, jobs, property listings, or questions:
- Business, Job & Property Submissions: Contact details (phone numbers, addresses) provided in submission forms are collected solely to display verified listings to the public after administrative moderation.
- Community Q&A & Anonymous Posting: Users may choose to submit questions or report civic grievances anonymously. When "Post Anonymously" is selected, the author's name is publicly displayed as "Anonymous Citizen" and no personal identifying profile is linked to the submission.
- Administrative Moderation: To comply with Indian digital intermediary regulations and Google Publisher Policies, sensitive civic complaints undergo administrative review prior to publication to prevent defamation, spam, and abusive content.
3. Cloud Infrastructure & Edge Delivery
The portal is hosted via Cloudflare Pages and backed by Supabase. These providers may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for network security, DDoS protection, and SSL handshake management. No sensitive database credentials or private cryptographic keys are embedded in public web pages.
4. Google AdSense & Advertising Policies
This site displays advertisements powered by Google AdSense and direct local sponsor partnerships.
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
