Mana Kakinada is an independent community and civic information hub. We strive to provide accurate, verified information regarding local services, heritage sites, employment vacancies, and public notices.
2. User Submissions & Pre-Moderation Rules

- No Fraudulent or Fake Listings: Any submitted business, clinic, job posting, or property must represent genuine, active entities in the Kakinada region. Submissions containing fraudulent contact numbers, fake recruitment fees, or duplicate entries will be permanently deleted.
- Defamation & Personal Attacks: While civic issues and infrastructure complaints (e.g. broken roads, water shortages) are encouraged, defamatory claims against individuals, unverified allegations, hate speech, or harassment are strictly prohibited.
- Sensitive Civic Disclosures: Submissions flagged as sensitive civic grievances are placed in an administrative pre-moderation queue. Portal administrators review submissions before making them visible to the public.
- Right to Refuse or Edit: Portal moderators reserve the right to reject, edit, or categorize any submission to maintain quality and legal compliance.
3. 24x7 Emergency Numbers Disclaimer
Emergency numbers listed on this portal are compiled from official district administration gazettes and public records. While we make every effort to ensure continuous accuracy, this portal is an informational directory and not an emergency dispatch provider.
